How to create custom labels in a community and add them to companies

You can add custom labels to your community companies to make it easier to filter and highlight companies in the company list. Company labels are visible to all members of the community.

You can:

  • Add as many custom labels as you desire

  • Attach multiple labels to community companies

Note: Custom labels are only visible on the list view of the member's page, but you can also use them to filter in the grid view.


How to create a custom label:

  1. Navigate to manage > Companies

  2. Click "Labels" from the menu above the table

  3. Click on the "Add another label" at the bottom

  4. Give your label a name and click the tick to save it

  5. You can edit the colour and the name by clicking the colour circle or pen icon next to the label

How to add labels to a company:

  1. Navigate to manage > Companies

  2. Choose all the companies you wish to add the label to by clicking the tick boxes next to them, or if you only wish to label one company, click the 3 dots on the right-hand side to open a menu

  3. Click "Labels" above the table

  4. Choose relevant labels and click update

You can also add a label to one company by clicking the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the table and choosing "Labels" from the menu.

Tip: You can also add labels on the company card by finding the community labels box and clicking the pen icon to add a new label(s)
