A public company profile is a preview of your company information available to registered CrowdWorks members. People who are not registered or logged in will be able to see a limited company preview.

The public company profile includes

  • Profile information (profile tab)

  • Public updates (updates tab)

  • Team overview (team tab)

When visiting your public profile, investors can start following you to keep up with your progress. It is recommended to have a public company profile since this will make your company discoverable to new investors! We automatically suggest companies to investors whose investment preferences match them.

After following the company, the investor will be notified when you share new public updates and they also get access to documents you have shared with followers.

Followers DO NOT see shareholder information, updates, documents or KPIs. You can see a more detailed access rights matrix here.

Limited company preview

When you have a public company profile, you can share the URL of your limited company preview easily online via email, social media, messages etc to investors who are not registered at CrowdWorks. The limited preview contains a lot less information than your public profile and acts as a business card you can share with your network.

When a visitor checks your limited preview they will see the following:

  • Company name

  • Company industries and stage

  • Company Mission

  • Company general information (year established, location, funding stage and number of connections)

As you can see above, visitors have the option to sign up and start following your company, making this a great way to recruit new connections!

There are multiple different sharing options available for companies, read more about them here.
