In the chart below, you can see different roles and who has access to what. Users are divided into five categories: admins, shareholders and board members, followers, and visitors.

Important information:

  • Admin: account management role and has the right to edit and add information. A founder or key employee typically administers a company page on our app.

  • Shareholders and Board members: the privileged roles that can see everything about a company profile

    • Board member (also access to board room if activated)

    • Shareholder

  • Follower: People “external” to the company but are following the company. Followers have access to the company but cannot see everything and they get notified when the company shares a public update. For example, they can only see updates and documents posted to that audience.

  • Visitor: A user that has not been given access to the company. They get to see a limited public profile and public updates.

Tip: You can preview your company profile from the "viewing as" box on the top right corner to check out what is visible to different user groups.

NB! Valuation is only visible to you (company admin) and your shareholders.

Note: The admin role does not have automatic access to the boardroom, and if they need access, they need to add the role "board member" from the user management.
