The boardroom is an additional feature that must be activated from settings first.
Navigate to settings > tools
Click open boardroom menu
Click "Activate Boardroom"
After a refresh, the boardroom will appear in the lefthand side navigation. You can read more about it here.
Adding boardroom documents
You can add documents to the boardroom easily while you are there. The boardroom documents are only located in the boardroom. The latest documents will be in the top right corner for easy access.
NB! AS a company admin, you will need to have also the "board member" role to access the boardroom and upload documents.
Only the "board members" have access to these documents and they can be only found inside the boardroom.
How to add documents:
Click the pen icon to add documents
Select the correct folder you want to upload the documents to. You can have multiple folders in the boardroom.
Click the upload documents symbol and either browse or drag and drop your document.
