The boardroom is an extra feature you can turn on from settings.
You will see the icon appear on the left-hand side of the navigation after a refresh.
Note: The company admin role does not have access to the boardroom. As a company admin, you will need to assign yourself the role of a board member to use it.

Boardroom Update:
When you share an update inside the boardroom, it is only available for users with the role "board member". You can see the list of Board members on the right-hand side. Board members will get a notification about the new update in the boardroom.
How to add an update for the board:
Navigate to the boardroom and click "What would you like to share" box
Write your update
Include desired attachments, images, or needed links
Post update by clicking Publish
Boardroom Documents
You can add documents to the boardroom easily while you are there. The latest documents will be in the top right corner for easy access. Only users with the role of "board member" can see and download these documents.
How to add documents:
Click the pen icon to add documents
Select the correct folder you want to upload the documents to. You can have multiple folders in the board room.
Click the upload documents symbol and either browse or drag and drop your document
List of board members
You can quickly edit the users who have access to the boardroom by clicking the pen icon. Remember that only the users who have the role of "board member" will have access to the boardroom and all the content available there. This means that admin users don't have access to the boardroom automatically, and if an admin needs access to the boardroom, you will need to add the role "board member" to their user.
How to add a board member role:
Navigate to connection management
Click the three dots on the user you want to give boardroom access to or select multiple persons by checking the check box
Click Assign Roles or Manage roles
Select the role "board member" and click Assign roles
