Documents in CrowdWorks is an additional feature you need to enable from settings.
How to activate Documents:
Navigate to settings
Click the Tools tab to open
Open the Documents box
Click "Activate Documents"
The document centre will appear on your profile after a refresh.
How to upload documents
First, you'll need to create a folder to upload documents to the document centre. The document centre in CrowdWorks supports a folder structure, which enables you to organise your documents based on access rights and topics. To upload documents, you need to create at least 1 folder first.

How to create a folder:
Each folder has its own audience, and the documents and folders inside that folder will follow that rule.
Tip: You can also add folders inside folders.
Navigate to Documents-tab
Click the Create a New Folder icon
Give the folder name
Choose who can see the folder and its documents.
Click "Create folder"
After creating your first folder, you can upload documents to it.
How to add documents to folders:
Documents in a folder will follow the audience rule of the mother folder.
Navigate to the folder you want to upload the document
Click the cloud icon to choose the document
Browse or drag-drop the document to the pop-up
Click close and see your document available
You can see the number of users who have downloaded the document, and by clicking on the icon, you will see the user account details.
You can also copy the link to the document to your clipboard and post it in your company update
You can delete the document by clicking the trash can.
How to change the audience of a folder
You can edit the audience of your folder by either making it visible to also followers or removing followers from the audience.
Click the pen icon next to the folder you wish to edit the audience of
Choose the audience(s) you want
Click save
Note: you can also change the name of the folder.
