If you need to remove a company from your community, you can do it easily in the company management. When rejecting the company, you can choose from the 3 premade email templates or send your own custom message to the founder.
You can also remove the company quietly from the community; you can read here how to do that. After you remove the company from your community, they will no longer have access to it or be visible, but they will keep their company profiles.
Tip: You can also hide a company in your community. This means other members won't see that company anymore, and the company admin cannot see other members. But you can easily make them visible again later.
How to delete a company
You can now speed up your administration processes by sending an automated email straight from CrowdWorks to the companies you are rejecting. You can choose between 3 different email templates or write your own custom message why you are rejecting them.
When you choose the "reject" option, the company will be removed from your community immediately, and the founder will receive an email with the chosen message.
Navigate to manage > Companies
Select the company you want to remove and open the drop-down menu in the visibility column
Click "Reject"
Choose the reason why you are removing the company from the options, or choose "other" to write a custom message.
The company has been removed from the community, and they will receive an email notifying them about it.
Note: If you want to add this company again to your community, you will need to send them a new invitation.
