Contact the person who invited you and ask if they can send you a new invite with the preferred email address.
It is best to have everything connected to only one email address
The company admin or community admin can send you a new invitation and delete the old one

Choose which profile you want to keep
Ask the company or community admin to invite you with the account you are keeping to the places you don't have access to
When you have all the user access you need on the desired account, ask for user deletion for the account you want to delete
