You can delete an invitation sent to a connection as a company admin or community admin. In this article, you will find examples of both cases below.
Community:
Navigate to settings > invitations
Scroll to the section "Invited users" or "Invited companies."
Click the three dots to open a menu and click the "withdraw invitation" link
Confirm action

Company:
Navigate to Settings > Connections > Invites sent
Click the three dots to open a menu
Click the "Withdraw invitation" link
