Collections allow you to create different shortlists of companies! You can either make private collections that are only visible to you or public ones which you can share with whomever either on CrowdWorks or online.

What are collections
You can use collections to save companies for later for yourself or if you want to share them with other people. On the Collections page, you can create multiple different lists of different companies as well as manage your current lists when needed.
You are able to:
Create new collections (as many as you wish!)
Rename collections
Add a description
Make collections private or public
Delete collections (except for the default one)
Send follower requests to the companies on your collections
View company profiles of the companies on your collections
Delete companies from your collections
You can always find the "Collections" icon in the left-hand side navigation and add companies to your collections anywhere you can browse companies. Just look for the bookmark icon and by clicking that you will be able to add that company to an existing collection or to a new one.
NOTE: Companies don't get notified when you add them to your lists. They also are not able to see the personal details of who has added them to shortlists.
Public collections
You can create public collections of companies in CrowdWorks when you want to share those companies with other people.
You can share the collection with a link either in CrowdWorks or online (LinkedIn, email, social media or websites for example). If the person who looks at your collection does not have a CrowdWorks account, they are able to register via the collection page.
Note: if the company you have in your collection has a private profile, the limited company card won't be available publically. INstead, there is a placeholder indicating that the profile in question is only available to registered users.
How to create a public collection
Navigate to collections
Click "Create a new list"
Add a name and description to your list
Click "Create"
For now, the collection is private to give you time to add companies to it first. When you are ready to share your list publically:
Click the Share icon or the Settings button to make it public.
Share the link to your list with whomever you wish!
How to make an old collection public
You can also make your previous collections public now just by clicking the share icon or choosing the public option in the settings.
How to make a collection private
You can make your collection private again if you wish by toggling the share settings back to private in the settings for your list:
Private collections
Private collections work exactly the same way as public collections. The only difference is that they are only visible to you, the creator. So even if you would share a link to it, the other person won't be able to see it.
Private collections are a great way to save companies for later that you don't want to present to anyone. You can create as many lists as you wish, both private and public.
Note: You can now make your old private collections public if you want to share them with someone!
Note: All collections are by default first private
How to add a company to a collection:
Click the bookmark icon on a company you want to save
Add to the default list or create a new one
Click "Add"
