It is possible to create group chats in the CrowdWorks messages! You can also rename the group chats as desired; read more about that here.
How to create a group message:
Navigate to the messages icon in the top right corner.
Click the pen icon to create a new message.
Search for the names of users you want to include in your chat.
Write your message and hit send!
Participants will get a notification about new messages in CrowdWorks.
Note: users who are not in your company connections will first get a message request. After they approve it, they will be added to the chat. Read more about sending messages and message requests here.
Users who have not yet accepted a message request to your group conversation will be visible as "pending" in the settings.
If they decline the request, they will be removed from the group conversation.
