Get a full overview of your members

When you navigate to the community member management, you can see every member listed there. This also includes company founders and organisation admins, helping you to get a 360-view of your members.

On the right-hand side of the table in the profiles column, you can see to which entity the person belongs if they are a company admin or an organisation admin. If you hover your mouse over the logo, you will also get the name of the entity.

You can also give company founders and organisation admins labels to help you with people management.

Note: you cannot remove their access from people management; that can be done by removing the company or organisation profile itself.

Add custom labels to your members

As a community admin, you can label members in your community. With custom labels, you can manage your user base better and create groups or add notes connected to your users.

How to add a label to a connection

  1. Navigate to "People" in the settings.

  2. Click the three dots on the right side of the screen and select "manage labels."

  3. Choose the label(s) you want to add to the user

  4. Click update

How to assign or remove roles to your community members

You can change the roles of your community members or add multiple ones if needed in community management.

You can give your members

  • multiple roles

  • change roles

  • remove roles

NB! Users can have multiple roles at the same time!

How to change the role of a member

  1. Navigate to Manage > People

  2. Tick the tick box of the user(s) you want to change roles for

  3. Click "Assign roles" or "Remove roles" based on what you wish to do

  4. Choose the desired roles in the pop-up window

  5. Click "Assign roles"

Note: if you remove all the roles from a member, they will automatically be assigned the role Investor. If you mean to completely remove their access, use the 'Remove access' function instead.

How to bulk manage community members

If you need to perform multiple of the same user edits at the same time, you can use the bulk edit feature in people management. This can be done both in company management and people management.

With bulk editing, you can:

  • assign roles

  • assign labels

  • remove roles

  • remove labels

  • remove access

How to bulk edit:

  1. Navigate to manage > people

  2. Select the connections you want to bulk edit

  3. Choose your action (Assign roles, removing roles, removing access, managing labels)

  4. Confirm your choice
