Inviting users to your company dashboard is easy; you can bulk invite all your users simultaneously. If you need to invite more users later, you can send single invitations to separate users.

Tip: you can add custom labels to your users in settings. Read more about that here.

You can invite different types of users to your company profile:

  • Admins: An admin can edit the company profile and settings, publish updates and upload documents, and manage and invite users. Admins also get community access if the company is part of a community.

  • Board members: A board member will get access to all company information, shared documents, and updates. Only board members will have access if the board room feature is enabled for your company.

  • Shareholder: A shareholder will get access to all company information, shared documents, and updates.

  • Follower: A follower is interested in following your company over time and could be a future investor. Followers will get access to parts of the company information, as well as documents and updates explicitly shared with followers or set to public.

How to invite users:

  1. Navigate to settings > Network

  2. Click the "Invite your network" button on the right-hand side

  3. Choose the role you want to give to the users

  4. Copy-paste your email(s) to the text box

  5. Click "Send invitations"

Note: you can invite multiple roles at the same time! Just add the users role by role.

The users will get an email with a registration link and gain access to your company dashboard according to their role. You can change the roles later or remove them from your profile if needed.

Tip: You can see all the invitations you have sent in the "Invites sent" tab in network settings.
