Goals is an additional feature you need to activate in settings to use.
Navigate to settings > tools
Open the "Goals" dropdown
Click "Activate Goals" to turn it on
After a refresh, the goals tab will appear in your profile.
How to add goals
Navigate to the Goals tab on your profile
Click the "New goal" button
Add a title, description, deadline, and confidence level to your new goal
To save the goal as a draft, click save, and to publish the goal click publish
